I must say DRS 03658 23/6/2006 is a fair result. If Tony Willoughby has started overlooking the DRS cases as Nominet imply then surely the DRS is going in the right direction. This case backs up:- 1 Trade Marks don't have automatic rights 2 Redirections can be OK if generic in nature and linked to the eventual use Lee |
