If you didn't actually register and pay for the domain name then it was never yours. Someone else registered it, and you'll have a very difficult time proving that their registration was related to your original attempt at a registration. If you feel aggrieved or that you have lost something, consult an appropriate member of the legal profession. Nobody here can do anything.

Normal form is to state disablities. We don't bite here.

Haha this thread is funny to read back, everyone has instantly become arguementative in it.

Francosi - you haven't been robbed because you never bought the domain. But if you're still on the forum please put everyone out of their misery and say what domain it was.

Invincible - What's with criticising everyone's spelling and grammer, does it really make any difference? I've seen plenty of mistakes in your posts before but don't feel the need to correct them all for you!

Sure I make mistakes when I type because these days I rarely bother to spellcheck and reread through what I post. However what I type usually makes perfect sense. I didn't critique his spelling; rather his lack of punctuation. It's far easier to understand someone who makes a few spelling mistakes than it is to understand someone who doesn't punctuate. I had to take a guess at what he was posting about and there’s no need for someone to make posts to a forum at that level. Also, despite what he posted, and what I subsequently posted, the original poster has still failed to provide any relevant detail. Therefore it is all rather pointless and, in my opinion, why the post fell below what should be allowed to make it onto this forum.
