3 Letter .co.uk Domain Names
Just had a quick look at trademark database (see link below).

http://webdb4.patent.gov.uk/tm/text

Looks like virtually every 3 letter combination is trademarked, does this mean all 3 letter .co.uk domain names are open to a DRS ?

only if you're actively passing off as the trade,merk business, registered the domain in bad faith with the intent to sell the domain to a competitor....
