| Junior Member | Proof that complainant submitted to Jurisdiction
I have a slight problem with DRS complaint in that seems that Nominet do not provide any proof of submission to Jurisdiction, or that they have undertaken that all evidence given is true etc. Apparently all they do is tick couple of boxes online, which is fine for them but no good for Respondent who may wish to take matter to Court. One could not go to Court and say to Judge "your honour I cannot show you any proof, but I am told by Nominet that the complainant ticked a couple of boxes online to say that he submitted to jurisdiction and to truth of what they said." He will say "prove it" . How can I ?. As I say, its not on its way there yet and may never be, but this is matter that needs looking at anyway for others. K |
