Court action

Given the wording on a Appeal Decision states 'In accordance with the Procedure, we confirm that we will archive the dispute after 10 working days from the date of the decision' can we therefore assume court action has commenced to get back bounce.co.uk? or is there something in the procedure that says its different in different circumstances?

It is always dangerous to "assume" anything. However, as this particular issue may well be subject to legal action, I think it would be unwise to continue discussing it at any level.
