Defending a trademark DRS

Hi

Has any acorn member defended their own trademark by being a complainant in a DRS?

The situation would be similar to someone launching a site called hatsebay.co.uk when you owned the trademark of made up word ebay.

If you have and would be prepared to help/discuss that would be great.

Thanks

Are they selling goods, passing off or any other breach of noms terms ?

The example you give sounds more like you the person does not like what’s on the others site…That’s could be more a slander, libel etc situation whole different ball game. One of the more prominent ones that spring to mind if that’s the case is Solicitors from hell Mr Kordowski has been sued for libel etc on at least 17 occasions, and over £170,000 in outstanding judgments and orders have accrued against him… even when his uk site was taken down I believe 20 or so new ones were registered the same day.
