Personal: Cybercrime, Getting started online, Online safety Users of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer will soon find that their software is updated without having to do anything. In a bid to make it more secure, the browser will start receiving automatic updates from January. The move aims to combat the increasing number of fake updates, which are designed to fool users into installing malware or viruses. A similar system is already included in Google’s Chrome browser while Mozilla is looking to do the same for their Firefox software. read more More... |
