I opened 2 tickets with them on Wednesday and both were resolved this morning.

2 domains - 18p profit - 2 days - im not complaining.

i havent regged any in months. tried 2. failed 2, still took payment.

i shifted hundreds out of uk2 as believe it or not they're worse.
don't see why i should have to move them all again.

UK registrars suck. it's embarrassing. we're really awful

I think their support team has been smoking the reefer, they just just keep making my threads as solved and doing nothing about it.

They also tell me they can't refund names that they haven't registered because they are in my control panel. Clearly their control panel supercedes nominets whois :P

Seriously some of the answers I have gotten makes me think I want a few ounces of what they got :P

I am lead to believe UK2 batch reg its not instant as well.

I'm currently using daily.co.uk and have no problems with them.
