![]() | Eurodns.com Asiadns.com is it legal?
Hi I am getting really pissed with them now they are holding my 40 euros, after many e-mails to them, they put my domain back on my account with this Quote:
The seller did not provide the item as described in the sale contract. They are selling domains which are already taken, so not own by them. Isn't this just like a theif selling a domain name with is own by someone else? And also if this was a mistake made by Eurodns system, why are they charging you 20%? are their dotasia reg system doing it to attract customers? | |

Tried to search for Eurodns.com number but in vain, but I remember seeing their representative at one of the domain names forums. As for the general situation, I don't believe that being aggressive could help to anyone, they are a big company, don't see any sense why should they let such cases ruin their reputation. |

Yes Got to freddy, and then the support reply me telling me I be charge 10%, then I kept annoying them with e-mails which state they're breaking contract Law. now the finance dept e-mail me saying they had sent the full refund to me no charge. Still haven't got the money in the bank yet.... but i will wait a few more days. |

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi I have used eurodns in the past with no problems, until now I recently searched a few .asia names and they showed as available. I registered with them and paid the fee of 20.70 euros. A week later I received an email saying the name was on a reserved list and closed after the sunrise preiod, and the fee was put in my credit account on the site. Not sure why they let you register names that are not available as they are locked on a reserve list, unless its to take your registration fee and then ask for 10 euro fee to get your fee from your credit account with them back to your bank... or am i cynical? to me that seems like sharp practice, especially when you look on the site 2 days later and the domain name is still available with them to register! |
