123-regs awful transfer system

Wish they'd sort there damn transfer system. Each time I transfer a domain to them that was previously registered to one of their customers, it ends up in their account not mine.

This on its own is extremely annoying but that annoyance is further compounded by having to go through the same rigmarole of having to prove who I am each and every time this happens – which is about twice a week! This is despite the fact that I have hundreds of names with them, all with the same registrant details.

They also have my CC on file too, as well as payment records from my verified PayPal account. Not to mention the fact that I've gone through this same verification process on numerous occasion before.

To summarize 123-reg support/transfer system...

Support: Slow and incompetent
Transfer System: USELESS
