Anyone had their account disabled by these guys?

Tried logging in and cant, then cancel login and get taken to a page where I enter user id and email associated with 123 account and am told 'Sorry, this account has been disabled. Please contact 123-reg Helpdesk helpdesk@123-reg.co.uk for assistance.'

emailed them but I havent ever recieved a reply via email when Ive emailed them before so not holding my breath.

Tried calling the 0900 number and get a BT announcement saying 'Sorry, this number is not in use'
Dont know if this is because Im calling them from Singapore and 0900 numbers wont connect from here.

I just spent over £600 with these guys in the past few days and this is how they react, no email, nothing!!

Annoyed to say the least...

Anybody got a direct number for them rather than the 0900 one?

Well you will need to blag your way to speak to them this way but here ya go ,this is main number and dont be put of by the "you must call the 0900 number" be persistent !;
