I feel your pain.
So what do you do now? Hound 1&1 to get Arvato off your back? or let them continue and see them in court?

Problem is, if you don't get them to stop, your credit rating will be affected.

They aren't registered credit brokers mate so they don't have access to your credit file without going to county court.

I will therefore be reporting this to the financial ombudsman as you are persuing funds that your client has now admitted are not due. I will also update Consumer Direct as to your stance on the matter.

Should you continue to chase payment for something I have irefutably shown isn't due (and furthermore you have not proven to be due), I will seek legal advice on claiming against persistant, unwarranted harrassment.
