Anyone with domains at registerfly, I would advise that you check their status.
I went into my control panel today and noticed 8 domains had seemingly expired. After checking whois, one was not even registered to anyone.
All domains had 2-3 years left before renewal.
I emailed and then thought I had better ring.
After the 3rd attempt of waiting and then being cut off I finally got a "human"
He moved domains back into control panel and reregistered (although only for 1 year not the 3 as originally registered) the name which somehow had slipped the net.
When asked why he said because I had ordered for multiple years and they had only registered for one. When I pointed out that I had registered December 2005 so should still be mine till December 2006, also they should auto renew and email to let me know, he ummed and ahhed and couldnt give an explanation.
I will now await the refund and see what else goes wrong.
Last week they charged me 3 times ( they have refunded the overcharge) for a renewal which still has not gone through after repeatedly emailing me that there were not enough funds in my account for renewal.
