I'm getting confuzzled.

One DR says no restrictions but they state you have to be a corporation to register them? do they just mean they need to be used for business use and I notice there's no transfers, is that correct? it also states no IDN, so I'm presuming all their domains are in english?

So for instance здравствулте won't work? That seems to be the case.

Is there a site which explains all domain extension rules?

Which registrar do you use for ru?
