Its probably worth calling nominet before doing anything just to confirm status.
Then if there valuable I'd be tempted to move them to a reliable company such as domainmonster by submitting a transfer their and changing the tag at 123-reg.
You'll end up paying the renewal fees again on suspended ones but you will know there safe and you could then chase 123-reg for a refund.

Wanted to update to say that a representative of 123 did Pm offering assistance and another phoned me to advise this has been now been resolved after seeing this thread.
