Help with moniker.com transfer

Hi

Hope someone can help.

I bought a domain through a broker and received a 'your account' email from Moniker which has an account number and transfer code, but I can't login to the Moniker account as I don't have a password as I didn't set one up. When I do 'forgot password' it asks me a security question which ahs the same issue? I just want to transfer it to my godaddy account.

Any help appreciated!

It may seem obvious but have submitted a ticket to their support? You will need to login to do that, which you can't (I believe) so drop an email to support@oversee.net. Usually they will then ask you some security questions and reset your password.

Alternatively, you could contact Bari (bari@moniker.com) for a quicker response though most likely she will ask you to create a ticket.
