It may seem obvious but have submitted a ticket to their support? You will need to login to do that, which you can't (I believe) so drop an email to
support@oversee.net. Usually they will then ask you some security questions and reset your password.
Alternatively, you could contact Bari (bari@moniker.com) for a quicker response though most likely she will ask you to create a ticket.
