Namedrive Building Blocks
It seems that Namedrive have a facility for a modified rental agreement. Domain owners submit their domain/site in in exchange for a regular payment (based on current earnings, unless I'm mistaken) lease their domain/site to an interested developer. Comes with a buy-out clause as standard, I think.
