Exclamation Another thread asking for a lease agreement

I see there have been plenty of threads already where people have been asking for a copy of a lease agreement, but they are all closed now.

So, if anyone has one, I'd be very grateful - thanks in advance.

I've looked at a few but unable to find one that fits the bill for domains.
If you lease a domain to someone and then find in the future you cannot deliver the contractual domain, even for reasons outside of your control, it could prove very costly.

The lease will only relate to a redirect of the domain on a quarterly basis as per discussion in this thread - http://www.acorndomains.co.uk/sellin...tml#post325803

Basically, they are only using the type in traffic. I need a reasonably basic agreement that I can have altered to cover me and my domains, ie, the leasor doesn't gain any rights in the domain etc.

Of course If it's only for a redirect there should be no problem, I see what you mean, but it would have to be a good domain for purely type in traffic, and if the leasor had any input into marketing the domain and is savvy, then the lease becomes more complicated.

If anyone is going to purchase a lease agreement (or even use one obtained free anywhere), you may want to check that it's legally binding. In the event that it's not, meaning it could be torn apart by solicitors if you actually need to rely on the terms, then it's pointless even getting anyone to sign it.

However, if you want a couple of free examples regardless of the above then a simple Google search brought this up:

That looks like something we can use as a base - thank you!
