GoDaddy also refuse to change the tag on any of your .co.uk domain names. If you try and push the point with them then they just ignore you. They have one of the worst customer services I have ever used.

The founder and ceo of godaddy has a blog if you want to try and contact him, a long shot I know, but at least you've tried. http://www.bobparsons.com/ I have a few domains with godaddy and they seem to make the registration process as complicated as possible with the amount of extras they try and sell, but I guess it keeps the fees low. |
