Doesn't look that great, no contact details on their site, other than e-mail & the registrant name on the whois is listed as N/A. Seems they have recently switched from a .com extension to .net, probably to cover their spam tracks, looking at the search results for the name.

Let me just explain this type of spam and how it doesn't work:

1. You should be opted-in to receive it.

2. The emailer should state their telephone, physical address and an opt-out link.

If it don't conform to that, it's 'orrible 'ormel.
