Julian, we need to talk mate. I have already instigated a complaint to Nominet regarding this sort of behaviour.

If you would rather go it alone, I can give you the details of the person at Nominet dealing with it for me.

This is a serious problem that needs to be sorted, not just for our own sakes but for the integrity of the UK domain business in general.
