As for the others it is a shame as I am sure if they asked nicely the name would have been theirs already for a small fee rather than all these threats etc.

I did see the auction just before it was pulled, "domainbranding.co.uk" for sale for £5k.

Got to wonder if they cant afford a fiver to do the job properly...!

I would email a full list of details to indra@webvisions.com and abuse@webvisions.com and see if you can get their DC to remove/suspend the site.

In my experience, Singapore is one of the far eastern companies that actually tries to combat spam etc, so you might be in luck.

Alternatively, As the domain is held at godaddy, and they are renowned for suspending domains where it's been caught spamming etc, You could try contacting them.
