Well, company 03132069 was using it in the past.

The registrant is an active company. Perhaps a dispute between the former director of the first company and the registrant. Perhaps a court order preventing the cancellation of the registration - speculation on my part.

whois updated April 2006 which would probably be a Nominet update as there is no agent. Clearly an ongoing 'issue'.

I would give Nominet a ring and simply ask the question.

I expect so. Just a question of whether the reg remains with Custom Maps or is changed by Nominet/ a court to a.n.other. I doubt it will drop. If it does you probably wouldn't get it.

cant with a date minus four hundred days unless the rules changed

Thanks for your other inputs but requested more from nominet & custom maps. If anyone else has input please help as im sure it would be quicker than waiting for reg.
