IPC are the publishers, but I don't think they will run the magazine..

If its the one with the intitails R.C then i would go in at 5k

The right domain for them is part of their marketing in which they will have a huge budget, 5k as a one off isn't much

Well as I'm quite new here, I think it's sensible to look through the archives. I've been reading up for days now and have learned so much. It's apparent that I should've mentioned in my post that quite some time had passed (rather than my 'eventually' comment, which just hinted at it). Still, aside from that, I feel that it is a thread of interest, and that there is at least some merit to posting here rather than PM, if it did sell and the poster is willing to prvide further info. I don't habitually raise threads from the dead on any forum, but there's a time and a place if the story is unfinished so to speak.
