Giving domains a value

Is there anywhere apart from dnscoop where you can get a rough value for a domain if you were to sell it?
Thanks

Automated tools are useless when it comes to valuing names as there are big holes in the software, DNScoop weights towards age far too much:

The estimated value of http://www.mega.co.uk is: $210

etc.

Personally I would suggest trawling forums , sales threads and networking to discover real market data and then value sales and purchases accordingly.

Yeah agreed with rob, i would never use a automated tool to value a name.

Chris- spot on with valuation, mega.co.uk will not be going anywhere for anyless than that - its got to much potential.

When it does, I will be having one heck of a party

Funny you should say that, but I am just testing the traffic, its had about 40 type ins and 2/3 clicks which are high infact those 3 clicks have now paid for the fee £5

I would like to develop it, but it would need to be done properly bit like fly co.uk not!.....

Interesting valuation on jea.co.uk

Guys

Ran a catch from a couple of days past the tool at domstatic (I put down it had been regged for 10) valuation of US $22K on Jea.co.uk - any offer by PM will be accepted for around this figure.

Best Regards

Cool, £7.5k for my 4 letter .co.uk, which has no trademark brand, not associated with a product, not a word, just letters, so not bad. Shame i ain't selling
