Good news for Domainers?

On seeing this message from google it makes me wonder if this good news for domainers - affiliates might (need) to seek product related domains - Sean you wont have to worry about dishclothes anymore

From Google:

Important Change to URL Policy Enforcement Starting in April, display URLs for new ads will be required to match their Destination / landing page URLs, without exception. Please adjust your URLs accordingly when creating new ads.

So this means he wont be able to do it then, bugger does that mean know ones going to click on his add if they cant see my prestigous name

i guss his buisness might take a nose dive
