Came across this site LeedsLive.co.uk and thought it was a nice one done for ease of contact.

Not too "THIS DOMAIN IS FOR SALE BUY NOW!!!!!"

But what's people's thoughts on having prices included? As a lot would be put off thinking it's out of their price range.
