Just wondering if such a tool exists - paid/unpaid? Or is this a scanning / 10 year job

It's a Nom Registrar tool called PRSS @ ~ �400/yr.

PRSS is no good for that, limit is 21K per week.

What you're asking for isn't available and against Nom's t's & c's to attempt to harvest it.

I wouldn't have thought that there were that many registrants with over 21,000 names?

I assumed the question was "list the domains owned by a particular registrant", not "list all domain in the zone file ordered by registrant".

Also, I don't think PRSS lets you list names by TAG either.

Was PRSS what you were after Nick?

There are a number of portfolio owners with more than 21K names, but yeah for sure they are a minority. I thought from the original post it was the TAG that was of interest. What I meant is that there isn't a tool specifically for gathering TAG info, the purpose of PRSS is for registrant data and a by product of that is getting the TAG info on the small amount of data that the weekly quota allows.
