Which is more valuable?

Hi All,
Which domain name would you value more, the .org.uk or the .co.uk with a hypen. For example:

anydomain.org.uk

- or -

any-domain.co.uk

I dont think I would want either but if had to choose then any-domain.co.uk

Plenty of threads already on this question.
My view, and I think at least some would agree with me

the .co.uk is probably better for sale to end user
the .org.uk is probably better to easily rank for the keywords in the domain name.

BUT it can also depend on anumber of other factors
