Nice. I like the way he's made it look like the standard IE "Cannot Find Server" page.

Nice looking site but its not exactly content rich, and there is no SEO so your not going to pick up many visitors.

I could'nt find a link back to the homepage from the other pages, or am i being blind?

Out of interest how much did that site cost you?

Ash

Given the 'dryness' of static sites and considering the criteria you are looking at, I'd agree with MissMash that a DB driven system could be worth consideration...

Initial entry cost may be higher but, in the long-run, much cheaper... The obvious +ve is it gives you the opportuntiy to create unique user experiences, delivering fresh content on every visit...

With your 5000 sites, an entire 'dynamic' user exp. could be produced which, unknown to the visitor, would keep them 'within your network'... No sale on one site, possible sale via another...

search optimisation

would such a approach be good or bad for search engine optimisation?

As I said I am looking for sales pitches for the development of 30 sites (subject to your experience and proof of good work) @ £100 a time.

If the 30 sites are delivered well and create good search engine optimisation then you get another 30.....on and on

Furthermore, we have a database of over 40000 investor who we will be asking to attend seminar on virtual property developing....if you show me you are good we will have a referral system for these as well

I assume you already have hosting, is it linux or windows.

These things are still valid questions grandin. I think your request is a reasonable one and these answers will help determine where the effort goes for the money - making the designs really really different or producing a more automated system.
