Do check before registering Scottish gold domains, there are many places in Scotland where gold is "harvested", usually by sifting river sand, so there may already be companies registered. Bruce |

Good point. Incidentally, that triggers a thought over an opportunity to monetise the site in a very small way. Visitors romantically captivated by the thought of hidden gold might be interested in finding out more about sifting/panning, even if that bears no relation to the industrial reality of Cononish. Amazon links to books on panning for gold, metal detecting or even discoveries of hoards might bring in enough to cover the registration fee. David
