Electronic cigarette domains

Saw this earlier...

http://www.prweb.com/releases/2011/11/prweb8981661.htm

Anyone know if there is any value in these? If so, any industry expert care to suggest an approx market value?

Well I assume no one will offer any insight into potential value as a result - probably fair...

It's gonna be interesting.

Good luck to all involved

If PositiveMedia does pop along to this thread it would also be interesting to know why they use PositiveMediaLtd.co.uk rather than without the LTD like they used to, just out of nosiness.

David,

We ahve so far had an offer of £35,000 for the portfolio.

We are looking to start an auction on 1st December 2011 to finish on 7th December 2011. However we are offering people / companies the chance to make us an offer prior to the auction start where you may be able to get a deal.

The auction price will start at what the higher offer we have had before the auction start time (currently £35,000). The domains WILL sell to the highest offer over £35,000.

We are currently marketing this auction to Electronic Cigarette companies in the USA & UK, with lots of interest already.

Although we havent selected where we will be holding this auction, we are strongly considering opening a thread on here (Acorn Domains) to hold the auction, and all bids must be placed in the thread NPOT PM.

Admin, please object if this is not something you would like us to do on here. However it should generate quite a bit of interest and exposure as we have already done 1 press release through PRWEB, and will be doing another closer to the time.

We will also be emailing over 150 companies in the industry throughout the UK & USA When the auction starts.

Any questions about the auction & portfolio, then please let me know. I do have a PDF document available with more info if you can prove that you are able to consider making an offer over £35,000.

Would also like to know this. Was the original domain penalised...?

Relevant to the thread as I'm interested in the e-cig domains, but not if there's potential for them to have a penalty in future if SEO/links have been done in a risky way!

have a look at the domains through tools like 'majestic seo' other tools.

No domains have been penalised by Google, the domains rank due to the 'exact match', age of the domains, and the fact that they ahve some strong relevant links pointing in.
