Can anyone recommend a good backlink checker -

Requirements include:

Yahoo must
Google preferable

Multiple Domains with out having to do them one at a time
Desktop App (with no phone home)

DRT is good just add the list and can scan in bulk.

Yahoo Site Explorer plus Joost's SEO Link Analysis Firefox addon is my preferred tool. Not desktop based, but won't get your IP banned either (Google etc frown upon bulk lookups).
