First gripe, it only installs 1 of the 2 tables, thus the error message says the db user does not have permissions, well it does or the first table would not have installed right? so i checked my permissions (even tho I know its right) - and the db user has all permissions

So i make my own SQL file and install the 2nd table this is not exactly rapid deployment of WP site + datafeed but I can live with this...

finally installed and it wont work with affiliate window feeds? no matter what I do with the feeds, pipe, comma, zip, gzip nothing (digitalquil informs me that it wont work with gzip - slightly annoyed that this wasnt clear, or even stated!)

now I want a refund please as stated in the earlier posts
Thanks
Second that, i asked for a refund with no response.

My guess is most of the issues with it not working with feeds is due to the compression.
If its not working with the compressed file test it by decompressing locally and uploading.

Leon, Have you set the unique identifier properly?

xml support?

In the site digitalquill we can read:
Deals with any well formed datafeed file, Comma separated, tab separated, Pipe separated, XML and RSS feeds

But i tested diffrent xml file (who work with other script import), and it's don t work.

I test in the admin site demo of the author, don t work !!

We can import xml with this script?

If thats the case, then its just the same as any csv to post script, by doing it without the feed url, it wont check and refresh the feed every day, week, month
which was the main selling point for me

I still have no reply about asking for a refund, has anybody ?

The plugin will deal with zipped feeds but not gzip, rar, tar or any other compressed files. I can work on getting Gzip support if users feel that is required.

Re. Refunds, I will give refunds if the plugin is at fault, I have absolutely no problems with doing that at all, however, I will not be held responsible for servers that are not configured correctly or malformed datafeed files, and as such will not give refunds in those cases. But to be clear if the plugin is not working due to a fault with the plugin I will issue a refund. This is the same policy that any software company would adopt.

It has also been discussed about affiliate Window feeds, I have many sites running on affiliate window, I suspect this is again to do with the compression setting that you have used on Affiliate window as you can toggle between zip and Gzip.

Hope this helps
