If those are the only three options, then I'd definitely go with .org.uk . .info and .org don't have any UK advantage. If yu're only or primarily trying to appeal t a uk Market then org.uk every time.

Personally, would much rather have the .org than the .org.uk. You can target the UK in Google Webmaster Tools and also by having hosting with a UK company. There are very few .orgs available where the .org.uk isn't available, so you may as well get both just in case. In any case, should you ever need to sell the domain, the .org will have international value whereas the .org.uk will only ever be marketable to the UK. |

Would you not buy them all but concentrate your SEO/Web presence on the .org.uk? for the cost of bagging them???
