![]() | Whats is now a good amount of local exacts?
With the changes in the new Google keyword tool seemingly knocking xx% off of it's monthly search figures, I was wondering what everyone thinks is now a decent amount of local monthly exacts? (in the new tool) By this I mean decent enough to have a stab at developing an affiliate site for that product or service. I recently reg'd menscowboyboots co uk, which on the new tool has 1600 Exacts for August though I would expect this to rise in the winter months, but in the old tool it has 18,100 exacts.

I use market % etc needed to make it viable, Also if I can achieve it?. E.g Searches 1000 ?, divide by market share (est 10%), multiply by profit (i.e £10 item, commission etc) over a given time = £££££, Gives a rough idea of time, money etc you should invest, Or if you should bother at all? There are lots of things to take into account longevity, crazes, fads, fashion, seasonal, events etc etc but I find it a good starting point...? Sometimes Lower result's that achieve's high %/profit is better than larger with low %/profit..? They can also be easier to list high? Last edited by namealot; 16-09-2010 at 01:54:23 AM.
