.co.uk value?
.org.uk value?

Impossible to say without knowing more information. Will depend on how accurate the figure is along with product/service value and how monetisable the keywords are.

As mentioned there are many other factors involved so there is no definative answer to your question.

For example you could have
car (co-uk)
carhire (co-uk)
cargames (co-uk)

the third one has miles more exacts than to first two, but it is far less valuable.
