Selling off-topic forum links (PR4 domain)

One of my forums (PM for URL) has regular and significant off-topic hits every month for 'odd' various key phrases that feature very well in Google.co.uk - these are contained within a forum thread.

It is odd how I've gathered results for these, but gathered I have and they do generate good hits/visits!

These are pretty diverse/varied and may appeal to all sorts of sites, lol, so bear with me!

The biggest hits are some of the phrases/keywords below and I've only listed ones that currently appear in page 1 or 2 of Google.co.uk.

I'm currently selling up to three links on each thread in question on the forum, which I will post on a link buyers behalf within a short posting which is added to the thread in question to make it look more natural and possibly generate more referrals for the link purchaser. I am happy to take guidelines for that post. The link will permanently remain in exchange for a monthly, yearly or one-off fee (to be negotiated in each particular case).

I felt these stable and consistent results could be valuable to related sites/forums to the subject matter below and therefore I'm inviting bids for each on links to be posted within content on each forum thread result.

These have remained consistently in Google, but of course I can't guarantee they would forever, however one would hope they have an excellent chance.

The domain the forum is on also has a current PR of 4.

1. "Tile Paint" (currently on Page 1 Google, around 46 million results) and features listing no. 7 at the moment. Google KW tool shows 3,600 Local Monthly Searches for the phrase, "best tile paint" features no. 4 on Page 1.

- Useful link for DIY or actual tile paint related site?

2. "Cook Beetroot" (currently Listing 3 on Page 2 Google, around 1.2 million results). Page 1 Google shows "how to cook beetroot in microwave" and almost at the top of Page 1 is "how to cook beetroot from the garden" and "how do I cook beetroot". Other 'beetroot' phrases also figure.

- Good for cooking site, recipes, food related links?

3. "What really happened to madeleine mccann" - Page 1 Google, listing no. 3.

- Political/news/conspiracy type site links?

4. "Passport delays" - Top of Page 1, no 1 result from around 5 million results.

- Travel/holiday site link?

5. "Animal beginning with i" - rank no. 4, Page 1 from around 215,000,000 results.

- Pet/animal site link?

6. "big brother 5 contestants" - ranked no 4, Page 1 Google.

- Reality TV/TV link?

7. "prawn pasta salad" - third down, page 2 Google.

- Food/drink/meal/recipes link?

8. "milk jelly" - third down, page 2 Google. Around 29 million results.

- Food/drink/desserts/recipes link?

9. "ladybird farm" and "ladybird farms" - page 1, rank 1 of Google.co.uk - almost 3 million results.

10. "washing trainers" - Rank 5, page 1 Google.co.uk, around 8 million results.

- Sports/Athletics/Footwear link?
