I'm a SEO/Web Developer with over 10 years experience

I'd make them both into SEO'd wordpress blogs with auto generated content and tracking - then add real content to the pages that get page #1 rankings on Google

revenue will be adsense, clickbank, link selling to start and maybe pay per post later
