Because of the nature of the domain name, it will attract affluent businesspeople with money to spend.

People also search all the time for other types of tariffs such as mobile phone tariffs.

The domain name is 100% ours.

The whois data still shows it in Momentus/Pool.com's details because it was acquired through them and they haven't transferred the whois to us yet. They have said they will approve transfer to buyer.

Is this the same Pool who said they will transfer the names to you since July this year?

Agreed, quite an odd interpretation of owning a domain 100% with no potential issues outstanding considering there is a long running grievance with the registrar used.
