It just seems to me that there's crap in all four forums now as opposed to just one before. Of course you can't stop people posting domains that they think are great (when obviously they're not), in the ideal world what you need is some sort of member voting system, i.e. if a domain gets 25% of bad votes then it should be automatically deleted. Sure it would annoy some people but it would get rid of a lot of bad domains. |

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I would personally suggest changing the sales forums to the following: 1) Domains - Premium (Domains should be approved at mod teams discretion) 2) Domains - Fixed Price £100+ (Seller must state BIN price) 3) Domains - Fixed Price Under £100 (Seller must state BIN price) 4) Domains - Offers I know you don't really want to get involved in deciding what is and isn't a "premium" domain but I don't think there is any other simple solution to this if you want to split the sales forums. There is enough experience between the admin team to make a valid decision in my opinion. Any domains that are not approved should be moved to the offers section. |

If admin charged a listing fee based on the sellers perceived value, sellers would think twice about posting their GREAT names for £25,000. Values would perhaps be a little more realistic. A fixed fee for the offers section, and a fee based on turnover for the bulk sellers. |

I would prefer things to go back to normal all in one thread, I can decide whats tat and whats not quite ok This forum is much more than a place for selling domains, but it does seem like the top half of the section is littered with names. Cheers DB

Blimey what a shambles. It seems that whatever system you use, the shysters will attempt to polish shit. There really isn't any point in insisting on a BIN, when people just put any old rubbish in the £1K+ with a BIN and then ask for offers. I'd like to see all the fixed price topics be exactly that. No offers, just a fixed price and maybe insist on no hype. Just state the price and traffic. |

Admin, thanks for trying to make things easier for us and trying new things out but what do you think about the current sales threads? I would merge all the sales threads into 1 so we would have something like TOP DOMAINS - this could be a paid listing £25 and only names listed are 1k and over, that would also need to be moderated to what names goes up. (also not scrolled by spiders/search engines) ALL OTHER DOMAINS - .com .uk - 1 thread with all the names in, and we can pick through the junk and decent names. So its really just one thread but with a TOP DOMAINS section where you could get a listing fee, that thread would just have really nice names init. Sean
