complaint reg. user domainmonster

After wanting a google promo code I PM'ed domainmonster who sold a code.
Problem being the code didnt work, with the following message recieved after complaing.

The multiple emails with Tony where very civil but this followup code also didnt work (expired) at which point, Tony stopped replying to emails.

Paypal dont seem to help when buying a service so anything you can suggest? or �14 quid gone up in smoke.

Thanks admin it would be good to get to the bottom of this, hopefully not just a ripoff.

I opened a new account when I bought the code which has now passed the 14day period. Thanks for the generous offer but unable to use, unless it can be against accounts over 14 days. Feels like im lining myself up again but would buy it from you lol
