I cannot change my password
I have tried changing my password , but each time i do so i get a message saying my email address has been banned ??? I have sent an email to the administrator but have not got a response as yet .

Are you using Gmail? If so please change it to a different one.

I have banned Gmail addresses as they are so heavily used by spammers...
