Has anyone had any ill effects from this? I got no alerts and have scanned my pc numerous times and found no infections?

Guys be careful, a website I was working on yesterday has been compromised using the same code so it seems to be related. I had Avira installed and it totally disabled it without me knowing. IP was someone from the Ukraine.
