Anyone offended by lesbians dating?

I posted the name lesbiandating for sale in the fixed price thread and it got moved to the adult thread and just wondered why? Are people offended by either the words lesbian or dating? They don't seem very offensive to me. I would have thought the adult thread is more for sex type words or activities or rude words, but lesbian dating seems a bit extreme to me........thoughts?

Last Saturday night wifey and I were at a charity ball with four guests. Four others pulled out quite late and so we ended up on a table with six other people we didn't know. The two directly to my right were lesbians - not the type that 'appear' on my computer from time to time who are attractive and feminine.

All through the night they were making sexual references and ended up snogging. They were late 30s, early 40s. No one else in the place was behaving like that - they were trying to create a reaction, as if they were the first to ever do it.

I found that quite offensive - not because of their orientation, but because of the way they forced it upon others in such an immature way.

Anyway, as per your question - no, I wouldn't find lesbiandating. offensive in any way. It's no different from say, christiandating or ruraldating etc.

I agree - can't sensor or deem too adult for a topic like this really - if this one is moved every domain about either lesbians or gays or dating for that matter would have to be moved

@ Peter_W, you need to go to User CP >> Group Memberships and subscribe to the adult section before it shows on the forum home page.

Can't see any reason that name was moved really, it's not in any way offensive.

I think admin/mods need to find some common ground on moving threads.

This domain to me just seems a niche dating domain. There was a thread a couple of weeks ago which was filled with blatant adult domains which I reported; just checked and it is still in offers invited

Yes - it's a name for a persons orientation, that's all. Adult themes are those which could cause offense, no? Swearing; drugs; sexual terms.
