Lots of Dragons Den idea's domains are snapped up by domainers due to slow-ass-non-savvy business people.

Maybe they are keeping their finger on the pulse ?

Maybe they are looking at tech and names speculated by Acorners as to what maybe a big product for the show?

I don't think it's an official twitter account relating to the show. The domain name listed makes it look like it's from a fan of the show, or just someone promoting their website.
