Ever been charged stupid sums by your Bank or Credit Card provider for going over your limit or an unpaid Direct Debit etc.?

What gets my on my tits though, is that the Banks are STILL trying to get away with it by only refunding those who complain!

Thanks for that sneezy, I recently got an OD fee because the bank took about a week to transfer money between my accounts, which are at the same bank. This should only take a few minutes! Clearing systems in the UK are archaic and way out of line with many other countries.
