Crap service and support!

Anyone know if theres a site where you can vent your anger about diabolical service from a company! I want to post an account of how i've been treated by a well known company so others can beware and hopefully it'll get indexed. In fact i could probably use up a gig of web space on a few companies recently.
If there isn't a site there should be but i don't know where you'd stand legally if you start a forum like that? I think someone did post on here once with a forum like that???

May just haveto blog it!

the customer fights back?! (.co.uk)

if you've been treated bad & you are only telling the truth , don't see any problems. i'm no lawyer though. we need a subsection for the site where we can slate 123-reg though. oh! & add uk2 to that.
what company was it by the way?
you could start a site dedicated to this sort of thing. i think there's a big demand for venting spleen. everyone likes to blog, & people get very frustrated & feel powerless against big companies. they need a lesson sometimes & may make them change for the better if it means they get bad press if they don't. some of the other guys can probably advise on what legal pitfalls etc to avoid.
good luck.

Won't mention yet as i think i'm going to report them to the financial ombudsman. I did the same to a well known bank (place you'd find monks)
as they messed me about big time. They had to pay me £150 which is better than nothing but hardly affects them. I did enjoy telling them where to shove their account tho'

ranting.co.uk

It gets traffic but has not had posts since last year. I am going to dispose of the forum and recreat it as a blog and if you post I'll certainly re-post your rant (if its a good rant)(sounds like it will be a good rant). The good thing about posting is that whether people visit the site or not Google will index your rant and someone searching for info on the company will find your rant and may be influenced.

Either way, I have pleanty of ranting to do so ranting.co.uk will come back to life soon.
