Link Popularity Check, possible bug?

I have just used the Link Popularity Check and it seems to be a very good tool but one thing that I have noticed is that if the domain has links in Yahoo it doesnt add it to the final total.
Am I correct in saying that this is a bug? If so I thought I would just let you know.
