UK Counties list

Can anyone direct me to an up to date, accurate list of all UK counties, preferably split by country. There are loads out there but most I've looked at are either out of date or have stuff missing.

Will do mate, its a right minefield. The last one I used resulted in loads of irate Welsh people telling me the Welsh counties were totally wrong!

...Just done some very basic checks on your Wiki list - sorry, but bin it! - e.g. Swindon, Plymouth & Bristol are not counties - but they are classed as 'Unitary Administrations/Authorities', so hence the confusion.
